Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, while cocktail hour will be held indoors. Heaters will be provided outside during the reception

Although we adore your children, we are unable to accommodate them at our wedding due to our limited guest count. We appreciate your understanding as we celebrate with an adults-only evening.

Guests should arrive no later than 3:45 PM and be seated by 3:50 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM.

Yes. The Gather Estate offers ample parking for guests, including a main parking lot and an overflow lot located west of the property. Complimentary golf cart attendants will be available to transport guests to the venue entrance, and staff will be directing traffic as guests arrive.

We recommend staying at one of the nearby hotels in the Gilbert/Scottsdale area. More details and suggestions will be listed on our travel page for your convenience.

Transportation will not be provided. If you choose to drive and leave your car overnight, please plan to pick it up by 11:00 AM the following day to avoid it being towed.

January in Mesa is typically mild, with daytime temperatures averaging in the upper 60s and evenings cooling down to the low 40s. Guests may want to bring a light wrap or jacket for the evening.

Yes. We kindly ask that guests keep phones silent and put away during the ceremony. This allows everyone to be fully present and ensures our photographer can capture the moment without distractions.

Yes! The bar will be open for five hours following the ceremony for guests to enjoy.

No. The Gather Estate has a very strict no-smoking policy, which includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and marijuana anywhere on the property. If guests are found smoking or vaping, the venue will charge us penalties and we may lose our deposit. We kindly ask all guests to respect the venue’s policy and refrain from smoking during the event.
