To create a timeless and elegant atmosphere, we kindly ask guests to follow a Formal dress code with an all-black color palette.

For Women:

Please wear a formal, long or floor-length black dress or gown. Think classic formal evening wear — elegant, sophisticated, and timeless.

For Men:

A black suit is requested. A tuxedo is absolutely welcome but not required. Please pair your suit with a dress shirt and dress shoes. Ties or bowties are optional, but encouraged for a more formal look.

Our goal is to create a beautifully cohesive and elevated look for the evening, and we appreciate you helping us bring this vision to life. Please see gallery below for inspiration.

Are ties or bow ties required for men?

No, ties or bow ties are not required. However, since the dress code is formal, guests are encouraged to wear one if they would like to enhance the overall look. A black suit with a dress shirt and dress shoes is perfectly appropriate, and adding a tie or bow tie is a great way to elevate the attire.

Can men wear a white dress shirt?

Yes. Men are welcome to wear a white dress shirt, as long as the suit jacket and pants are black in keeping with the formal dress code.

Is there a recommended dress code for shoes?

There is no strict shoe requirement, as long as they are formal and appropriate for a black-tie event. For women, formal heels or elegant flats are both welcome, and shoes may be open-toed or closed-toed. For men, please wear formal dress shoes, preferably black to complement your suit.

Is there a preferred sleeve length for women's dresses?

There is no specific requirement for sleeve length. Guests are welcome to choose whatever style they feel most comfortable in. Sleeveless, short-sleeved, long-sleeved, or off-the-shoulder gowns are all perfectly appropriate as long as the dress is formal and floor-length to match the dress code.
